Cheats Greek Chicken Salad

300g Cooked Chicken Breast, diced 25g Onion, finely chopped 1 tsp Lemon Juice 30g 0% Greek Yogurt 60g reduced-fat Hummus 100g Pitted Black Olives 60g crumbled Feta Cheese

Method

  1. Place diced cooked chicken in a large bowl. Stir in onion, lemon juice, yogurt, hummus & olives. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
  2. Suitable for packed lunches.
