SAS is a Group Training Program focus purely on building strength and sculpting your physique. Sessions are designed to last 45 minutes and therefore providing you with maximum results in minimum time. The training plan offer’s have a huge range of progressions which ensure you always feel challenged during the sessions. Our coaches will continually give you feedback to motivate you. Every session is led by group instruction from our highly qualified SISU coaches, allowing you to advance your workout if you see fit. The resistance-training component of the SAS training plan will be made up of a series of full-body weight training/bodyweight exercises. That will range from simple to advanced lifts, with a focus on technique, coordination and muscular balance development.
